If you are a new member or just looking to become re-engaged in your health, meeting with a Wellness Coach will help get you on track to meeting your goals. Visit the Member Services Desk to book an appointment today! Launch is a series of one-on-one wellness sessions, designed to help you identify and reach your health and wellness goals. Each session is 30-60 minutes of one-on-one support with a Wellness Coach who will help you to create long-term healthy habits. At the YMCA of San Francisco, helping our members build healthy habits and supporting them on their journey towards better health and wellness is our priority.

Carlos Cordova, A SCW Fitness education graduate, he possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs. Dylan Martin

Personal Trainer

Dylan Martin, a Bay Area native, focuses on exercises that support functional movement and activities of daily living so that you can easily build your foundational fitness and achieve long term success. He has training in adaptive fitness, assisting seniors & adults, and supporting individuals living with chronic pain or in various stages of a physical health recovery.  He graduated from Cal State East Bay with a B.S. in Recreation Management. NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Mat Pilates and Zumba Instructor, CPR/AED/First Aid.

Moana Luna

Personal Trainer

Moana Luna has over 20 years of experience in fitness including yoga, weight training, and Pilates. She is especially interested in the positive impact of exercise on her clients’ total well being. Moana provides a total body workout that incorporates principles such as concentration, precision and proper alignment into a program that can be applied to all forms of movement, exercise, and everyday activity.
