The Annual Giving Campaign is a volunteer driven, annual fundraising campaign which supports community outreach programs offered through the Marin YMCA. 100% of all money raised goes to local program funding. The volunteer campaigner will perform as a team campaigner. The volunteer campaigner will attend campaign and special events, as well as contacting donor prospects.
THINGS THAT WE THINK YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Knowledge and passion about Marin YMCA’s case for annual support.
- Commitment to make a meaningful personal gift.
- Experience in asking for contributions and meeting goals, or willingness to learn.
- Listening for donor’s philanthropic interests and telling your YMCA Story.
- Support the mission of the Marin Y and the YMCA of San Francisco.
- Communicate effectively with all members and staff.
