Dr. Carlene J. Wong-Lee

Dr. Carlene J. Wong-Lee is a member of the YMCA of Greater San Francisco Board of Directors. She is a retired neonatal-perinatal physician with over 30 years of pediatric experience caring for critically ill infants in the neonatal intensive care unit at Kaiser Permanente. Her family has strong ties to the San Francisco YMCA spanning over 75 years, dating back to the 1950’s when her father and uncle belonged to youth development programs at the Chinatown YMCA. Carlene is passionate about supporting the YMCA’s mission to uplift the health and well-being of all communities in the San Francisco Bay Area. Favorite hobbies include hiking, playing pickleball as well as attending concerts at SF Jazz and SF Opera.
