About the Job

The YMCA Youth Program Assistant will assist with the SRO Family Programs which is funded through Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development. The Leader will plan and implement youth enrichment and recreational activities. The goal of the program is to engage,
collaborate, and provide resources for families living in SROs. We are seeking individuals with the desire to make an impact in the community, is detail oriented and organized, and has the passion to work with youth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • H.S Diploma
  • Must be avaiable evenings and Weekends
  • 1 year experience working with youth
  • Bilingual skills in English & Chinese
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test clearance
