About the Job
The Preschool Site Coordinator is responsible for the overall administration of the Stonestown Family YMCA preschool. The Preschool Site Coordinator is responsible for the supervision for the Stonestown YMCA preschool staff. The Preschool Site Coordinator also maintains the program quality and facility to meet all licensing requirements as outlined by the state of California. The Preschool site Coordinator must also maintain positive relationships with the children and families served by the Stonestown Family YMCA. As well as ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children enrolled in the program.
- Minimum 21 years old
- Must have AA degree: Bachelor’s Degree CAD equivalent preferred
- 12 Units of ECE required; two years of full-time teacher or admin in related field preferred
- Bi-lingual in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese preferred
- YMCA approved CPR/first aid certification
- Current health screening, T.B. test, fingerprint clearance and immunizations required.
All employees working with the YMCA are considered to have supervisory or disciplinary action relationship over minors.
