About the Job
As the front line Coordinator of the branch, the Membership Marketing & Engagement Coordinator (MMEC) must exude professionalism and YMCA core values; creating a welcoming, attentive and service oriented experience for all members and staff. The MMEC must be dedicated to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. This position requires a deep knowledge of marketing, sales, process creation and analyses while being able to continually creating a high quality membership engagement experience. Must be willing to work evenings and some weekends.
- Age: 21+
- Education: Bachelor's Degree Business, Management or related field
- Availability: FT
- Related Experience: 2 years supervision, Sales, Customer Service, non-profit leadership
- Language Skills: English Bi-lingual, Spanish or Chinese
- Licenses & Certifications: CPR, 1st Aid
