About the Job

As the front line Coordinator of the branch, the Membership Marketing & Engagement Coordinator (MMEC) must exude professionalism and YMCA core values; creating a welcoming, attentive and service oriented experience for all members and staff.  The MMEC must be dedicated to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.  This position requires a deep knowledge of marketing, sales, process creation and analyses while being able to continually creating a high quality membership engagement experience.    Must be willing to work evenings and some weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Age: 21+
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Business, Management or related field
  • Availability: FT
  • Related Experience: 2 years supervision, Sales, Customer Service, non-profit leadership

Preferred

  • Language Skills: English Bi-lingual, Spanish or Chinese
  • Licenses & Certifications: CPR, 1st Aid
