About the Job

Provides support and assistance to participants and staff members from within Membership, Child Care/Camp, Development, and other fee-based programs for designated branches. This support includes processing payments over the phone, follow-up on receivables, and answering any additional questions that may arise. They will assist staff, members & participants within all departments with registration issues as needed and works closely with program coordinators, department directors & the membership team regarding accounts receivables. This position will work with all branches, including the Association office, by processing payments, managing pledges and receivables, reviewing requests in T-REC Operations, manage member services emails and 

Flexibility for remote work 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • HS Diploma. BA/BS Preferred
  • Must be available Monday through Friday, some Saturdays
  • 6 months+ customer service experience
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish required
  • Ability to learn, adapt and master a wide range of computer programs and communications tools, (MS Teams, Zoom, Salesforce, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
  • Excellent telephone manners
  • Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, both written and verbally
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (T-rec)
  • Comfortable in asking Members/Families to pay outstanding balances
  • Ability to remain calm and speak professionally when speaking to challenging members/ families
