About the Job
The Administrative Assistant II will report to and support the District Administrative Director with HR transactions for the Admin Branch Collaboration. This position is primarily responsible for processing personnel paperwork, working with branch teams in understanding those processes, payroll maintenance, training compliance, maintenance of personnel files, and on-site clerical support to branches. This position will have a positive impact on communication, customer service, and responsible for multiple functions that include data input, maintenance and reports, and research. This position requires excellent customer service, knowledge of administrative functions with emphasis on organization, planning and time management.
To succeed in this position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong proficiency in Excel and Adobe Acrobat, ability to prioritize when faced with multiple deadlines, resourcefulness, the ability to maintain confidentiality and a friendly, collaborative work style.
Remote work 40% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proof of COVID Vaccination is Required
- Minimum 18 years old
- Strong attention to detail
- 6+ months clerical/administrative experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work on tasks independently, quickly, and efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point, internet navigation and email systems.
- Current YMCA- approved CPR and First Aid certification
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years administrative experience
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro
