The YMCA Counselor in Training CIT Leadership program is designed for the camper to prepare for their role as a future camp counselor.
Working closely with the CIT Director, they will learn all aspects of camp while shadowing various counselors and learning what it takes to become a inspiring and memorable camp counselor.
