Trip Policies
A $10 processing fee for credits (can be used toward other trips or programs) and a $15.00 processing fee for refunds will apply to each cancellation.
Payment Policy
- Full payment is due at sign-up; NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Payment can be made with Credit Card, Check or Cash. We will take credit card payments over the phone.
Cancellation Policy
*Please note: The YMCA makes advance payments or deposits for the tour. Generally these are non-refundable. Our policy is as follows:
- If a trip is cancelled 7 days prior; a refund or credit will be given minus the processing fees.
- If a trip is cancelled within 72 hours (3 days) or less; there will be no refund or credit given. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No Show (day of trip) No refunds or credits given. No EXCEPTIONS
- If a trip is cancelled by the YMCA, you will receive full refund or credit. Check refunds take approximately 3 weeks.
SUMMER 2012 TRIPS
McRoskey Mattress Company, Lunch and Mystery Stop *20 people ONLY*

Trip Details: Take a tour of one of San Francisco's most famous mattress companies. We'll then have lunch at BurgerMeister in Daly City. After lunch we'll head over to a mystery destination. This is a short day trip that'll be packed with fun!
Rooftop Gardens & Waterfall Tour, Asian Dinner Buffet at the Tonga Room

Trip Details: Did you know there were rooftop gardens in downtown San Francisco? How about waterfalls? Marilyn Straka will take us on this fun tour. Price of tour includes transportation, tour, tip for tour guide and Asian buffet at the Tonga Room. Additional charge is one mandatory drink purchase at the Tonga Room (average cost: $8.50).
Annual Picnic at Lake Chabot

Trip Details: Unfortunately the picnic grounds at Samuel P. Taylor have closed, so we're heading to Castro Valley for our annual picnic in the park. Lake Chabot is a beautiful State park with a scenic lake, walking trails, and fishing and boating options. Enjoy a delicious meal prepared by YMCA staff while you socialize with friends.
Delancey Street tour, lunch and Anchor Steam Brewery Tour *20 People only!*

Trip Details: Take a tour with a representative of the Delancey Street Foundation. We will then enjoy a meal together at the delicious Delancey Street Restaurant. Then a tour of Anchor Steam Brewery in San Francisco.
Mystery Trip *23 People only!*

Trip Details: Round and round we go, where the bus takes us no one knows! Well, except the trip escort and bus driver. *Disclaimer: Although most our trips are ADA compliant, due to the topography of one of our locations, persons with severe mobility issues are cautioned.
