Starting Monday, January 18 at 6am! Early Morning Training Runs.
Join Volunteer Coach Alicia Gaylord from 6-7am every Monday and Wednesday morning as she coaches fun runs that will get you ready for the competitive season.
Beginners also welcome as Alicia will provide training plans for those just getting started in running as well. She will teach you how to build your fitness level using a plan that includes aerobic base building, strength and intervals.
Please wear light, reflective clothing and a head lamp if possible.
No preregistration necessary, just show up and be ready to run!
