DETAILS: Giveaways, snacks and free class demos for the whole family. 10:30-11:15 Gentle Yoga- A class designed for beginners or those desiring to work at a slow pace. Gain a greater sense of inner awareness and self-confidence, and develop more flexibility, strength, balance and clarity. 11:30-12:15 Story Time- We will share a story with the group (children 0-7) and then provide a project that continues the learning process.
