Teen Leadership Council



Hours: Meets once a month

Ages: High School (14-18)

Teen Leadership Council (TLC) is a fantastic program where high school students can become more involved with the YMCA and the Richmond community and, at the same time, develop their own leadership skills. The TLC gives high school teens an opportunity tolearn more about themselves and their powers of influence through initiative and leadership games. Activities include planning YMCA teen department events and programs; putting on workshops for other teens on issues important to teens; and giving back to the environment and the community through service projects.  FLEX TLC is a free program thanks to the Department of Children, Youth and their Families.
