Study Hall 4:30-6 pm

POLICIES
Sign In & Out
There is a sign-in and out sheet for each program. Youth can sign out themselves if they have a parent waiver on file. Please note, we will also need a note if the parent changes their mind.
Release Policy
For your child’s protection, we must have a current release and participant information form on file at the site. We will not, without your prior consent, release your child to any person other than the individuals authorized by you on your registration form. You must have at least two emergency contacts listed on the application form. It is your responsibility to keep this information current, along with changes in address and phone numbers.
Late Pick-Ups
Please keep in mind that our program ends at 4:30 p.m unless they are staying for Study hall. All children must be picked up by this time, otherwise the program will ask parents to pay $4.00 for the study hall time after 4:30 p.m. Your child must be picked up by 6 pm and pay for study hall or we will have to call the proper authorities. If there is an emergency, please call 666-9622 and speak to a staff member.
