The Orientation
Free to new members, this is a one-on-one session with a Certified Personal Trainer. After setting realistic goals that will work for you, you will be given a Fitness Evaluation consisting of body composition testing, posture assessments and cardio training. We will determine your heart rate training zones so that you can make every workout count. You’ll also learn some key exercises and stretches.
All members between the ages of 13 and 17 must complete an Orientation within the first month of membership.
Personal Training
Our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will work with you to design a program for that will give lasting results. Your trainer will teach you the best exercises specific to your fitness level and keep you motivatied whether you are recovering from an injury or an experienced athlete. You will learn how to track your progress and stay focused on your personal goals.
