As the first certified Green Business in the Marin Headlands, we have been connecting children and adults to the natural world since 1977. We believe that No Child should be Left Inside, and our commitment to the environment inspires our many diverse Environmental Education programs. We know that immersing students in a beautiful, rugged landscape where they can learn about science with all of their senses, instills a curiosity to want to learn more.
By captivating students in a sense of wonder for our planet earth, we aren't only fostering better science students, we are inspiring capable stewards for our environment.
We have a new organic teaching garden, serve organic food in our popular dining hall, and model sustainable living every day in our business practices and programs.
