As a YMCA Point Bonita volunteer, your time and talents go a long way!  Every hour you give helps to:

  • Bring Environmental Education to local, low-income students who otherwise couldn’t participate.
  • Supplement what students learn in their science books with direct, hands-on experience.
  • Support busy teachers in meeting and exceeding State Science curriculum standards.
  • Cultivate a sense of wonder and stewardship as children understand their connections to our planet.
