Primed & Prepped provides youth of color ages 14 to 24 with the support to breakdown employment barriers and enhance leadership skills. This program focuses on hospitality management and culinary arts to grow into an internship and job.

Internships are a gateway to higher education and entry level jobs in the hospitality and culinary arts industry preparing students for entry level positions as bus boys, dishwashers, line and prep cooks.

Workforce Development

From workshops in professional etiquette and communication to drop-in resume writing support to intensive vocational training, we help young people become self-sufficient adults. We incorporate wraparound services and case management to provide participants with the skills and resiliency they need to succeed.
