Training sessions will correspond to the needs and fitness levels of each client and will focus on individual goals. After assessing your needs, your personal trainer will coach you through motivating and effective exercise sessions. Focuses include: improved muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, lower back and core strengthening, body fat reduction and weight loss.

Alex Niuatoa

Master Trainer

Alex Niuatoa, a Bay Area native, graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University with a BA in Sports & Exercise Science. Alex is a former collegiate athlete who specializes in sport performance training, pre- & post- rehab, boxing, kick-boxing, weight lifting, weight loss. Moana Luna has over 20 years of experience in fitness including yoga, weight training, and Pilates. She is especially interested in the positive impact of exercise on her clients’ total well being. Moana provides a total body workout that incorporates principles such as concentration, precision and proper alignment into a program that can be applied to all forms of movement, exercise, and everyday activity. Dylan Martin

Dylan Martin, a Bay Area native, focuses on exercises that support functional movement and activities of daily living so that you can easily build your foundational fitness and achieve long term success. He has training in adaptive fitness, assisting seniors & adults, and supporting individuals living with chronic pain or in various stages of a physical health recovery.  He graduated from Cal State East Bay with a B.S. in Recreation Management. NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Mat Pilates and Zumba Instructor, CPR/AED/First Aid.
