"Y Run" is a small group personal training program.

Fees:

Facility Member: $110

Community Member: $130

Classes consist of both indoor and outdoor running, strength training specifically for runners and stretches to make sure your body is in its best condition for your first 5K!

Class size is limited to 6 participants so that you get some individual attention.

Thursdays - February 17 - April 7

9:30 - 10:30 a.m.

The group will participate in a 5K run TBD.

All details will be discussed with instructor, Lisa Walker, RRCA Coach & Certified Personal Trainer.
