Go the extra mile to smile for our members!
If you have that go getter attitude and like to develop positive relationships with guests of all ages, support the membership staff by maintaining a friendly, courteous atmosphere for Y members. Answer phones, maintain flier racks, and greet members with a smile. As the main contact, the volunteer is to use effective communication to provide a warm welcome to members by providing exceptional customer service and problem solving any concerns. Whether it’s sunny or rainy, you can always provide sunshine to a member’s day!
