Living Strong, Living Well

This program is being run in partnership with the Stanford Preventative Research Center. It is a small group program designed for adult cancer survivors who have recently become de-conditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease. Our goal is to help these patients build muscle mass and muscle strength, increaseflexibility and endurance, and improve functional ability. Yoga
Yoga, and the more advanced Yoga Challenge, use a combination of Hatha, Iyengar, Kripalu, and Ananada style yogas. Improve flexibility, balance, posture and strength
while helping to reduce stress.
