You must cancel 48 hours prior to your private training appointment. If you do not cancel, you will be charged for the session.

Women's Strength Training
Women are built differently than men and often have different reasons for weight training. During this eight-week session, women can develop the confidence to use free weights to increase lean body mass, strengthen bones, reduce stress and become stronger. Bring your two left feet and join the latest dance trend! It’s fun and exciting! You will meet new people while learning new dances. AND it’s a great way to get your exercise.
