SOCIAL HALL RENTALS

Our 1,750 square foot social hall is available for rental Saturdays and Sundays between 9am and 10pm.

The rental of our facility includes the Social Hall, Kitchen, with Stove and Refrigerator, Exclusive use of the common area in the building, 13 (3’) Round tables and 5 (3X8’) Long tables, and 125 Chairs.

We have seating for 100 people and the room capacity is 150 persons.

Our rental prices are as follows:
$500 security deposit ($400 refundable) to reserve your date
$90 per hour

You will also need to obtain liability insurance at the time you make your deposit. This can be arranged through Lockton Inc. for approximately $100 per event.

ACTIVITY HALL RENTALS

Our Gym Space is the Perfect setting for Personal Training, Aerobics, Karate, Yoga, Fitness Classes, Dance Rehearsals, and more.

Our gym space is available on weekdays between 4:00 PM and 9:00PM

Ongoing/Long-term reduced rates available.

Rental includes: 1,750 Square Foot Social Hall, with Rubber Athletic Flooring, High Ceiling, Mirrored Wall, and Excellent lighting. The maximum capacity for activities is 100 people.

FACILITY LOGISTICS

Our facility is located at 4080 Mission Street between Silver Ave. and Bosworth St. We are near major bus lines 14, 44, 49, and 52 as well as the Glen Park BART station. If traveling by car we are directly accessible to highways 101 & 280.
