Carolyn holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with an Exercise Science and Fitness Concentration and a Minor in Dance from SFSU. This is Carolyn’s third year as a Director at the Marin YMCA overseeing the Cardiac Therapy and Wellness program. While working full time for the YMCA she is also working on her Master’s Degree at USF studying Public Administration in Health Care Services.

Youth Strength Training
In our continuing effort to build programs for every age group and ability, we have designed a strength training program for youth ages 9-12. The program is based on the recommendations fo the YMCA of the USA's Medical Advisory Committee. A Wellness Coach will design a personal training plan based on participant's size, age, sport involvement, goals and previous injuires.
