There are many free programs we offer for older adults; the hard part is picking an activity.

Our suggestion: try them all once and see what keeps you coming back!  

  • Fitness Walking Program - every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 a.m. inside the Northgate Mall.
  • Mind Exercise Class - every Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Clubroom. Challenge the mind in ways that could increase or maintain its fitness.
  • Bike Riding Program - second and fourth Tuesday each month (TBA).
  • Bridge Club - Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Clubroom.
  • Hikes around Marin (eg. Terra Linda Ridge) - Twice monthly on Friday (small fee).
  • Culture Trips to places of interest in the Bay Area (small fee).
