Small Group Adaptive Personal Training

This is a small group opportunity for older adults and people with adaptive needs to work with a personal trainer to build strength, endurance, balance and bone density.

The class will be limited to 8 participants so attention can be paid to individual needs. The class will be progressive so it will help challenge your body in new ways. For more information contact Jessie Schiesel at 415-446-2105.

Improve your quality of life, prevent or slow typical signs of aging and have fun along the way.

Join other older adults in the Marin Y Club Room on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. for beginning training.

The exercises in these sessions are designed to be both playful and therapeutic—to restore movement, increase shoulder range-of-motion, reduce swelling and lessen fatigue. This includes an introduction to the wide variety of exercise equipment, classes and programs available to you as a member.
