Events
SPLASH Week, April 9-13, is a water awareness course offered to the entire community.
This program provides hundreds of Marin County’s youth the opportunity to participate in five days of water safety lessons.
Not only will participants learn basic swimming skills, but every day will focus on a different topic, including pool, boating, beach, and water park safety. At a minimal cost, kids are able to enjoy swimming while learning valuable lessons for 30-40 minutes every day during Spring Break. Morning, afternoon and evening classes are offered. Volunteers are needed to help run the SPLASH! program by assisting in the water, taking registrations, monitoring locker rooms, and much more. For more information contact Tony Walls at 415-446-2130.
Fee: $5 (donations welcome)
Healthy Kids’ Day

This year our events will include Zumba, Yoga, an obstacle course and other educational activities to remind kids and families it’s important to get out and play. Come hungry, the Marinwood Fire Department will be here serving a pancake breakfast. All events are free to the community. For more information contact Jessie Schiesel at 415-446-2105.
