Group Exercise
Our group Exercise Classes provides a fun, safe, social way to achieve your fitness goals.
We offer Body Pump, Sh’Bam, CX-Works, Zumba, Cycling, Sculpt, Pilates, Yoga…and more! Some of our most popular classes require a sign-up which is noted on the group exercise schedule with a #. Members may signup in person 15 minutes before the start of class at the member services counter.
