The YMCA and the Arthritis Foundation co-developed this national program of physical activity classes that are designed for persons with arthritis, suffering from musculoskeletal pain, or who have difficulty with weight bearing exercise to improve their range of motion and muscular strength.

Free for members, monthly program fee to non-members

Wednesday 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Saturday 12:15pm - 1:15pm in the activity pool.

In each class, an Arthritis Foundation trained and certified instructor leads exercises.  Classes focus on joint health as well as walking and other endurance activities.  This special monthly series is designed for clients with arthritis and referred by the Arthritis Foundation.
