A traditional format integrates taekwondo and hapkido
Core skills of kicking, punching, falling and tumbling combine to provide a challenging workout for body, mind and spirit. (Open to all levels. Promotions can lead to black belt certification through the Korean Martial Arts Center.
Suhbomnim (Chief Instructor) Glenn Gofin has taught hapkido and taekwondo since 2006 and began training in these arts in 1997. SBN Goffin holds the third dan in both arts.

This non-violent, highly effective form of self defense is suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities.
Benefits of Kokikai Aikido include: self-defense, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, balance, self-confidence and coordination of mind and body.

Boxing Basics
This class is designed to teach the basics of boxing, bringing class participants to a greater understanding of the sport while also giving them a great workout. You may even find a new workout partner or friend! All levels are welcomed. Class size limited to 8-12 participants.
