Martial Arts
Under one roof we offer different disciplines designed to cultivate discipline, self-confidence, and camaraderie in a progressive learning environment. Each program is fee-based and based on 4-5 weeks of instruction.
Hapkido Club
Tae Kwon Do is a challenging total body workout. Hapkido is a dynamic martial art, based on harmony and Ki principles. Optimize your speed, strength, coordination and concentration. Self-defense techniques include: punches, kicks, defensive moves, controlled movements, and choreographed movements combining skills. This class is for all levels. Taught in a traditional format, regular promotions can lead to black belt certification. Tae Kwon Do is taught for the 1st hour. Boxing Basics
Learn proper boxing stances and sparring techniques, as well as how to bob, weave, and throw a punch! This class is designed to teach the basics of boxing, bringing class participants to a greater understanding of the sport while also giving them a great workout. You may even find a new workout partner or friend! All levels are welcomed. Class size limited to 8-12 participants.
