Try this super efficient small-group workout under the supervision of one of our trained coaches. 

You'll fit a full cardio and strength training workout into just 30 minutes.  This full-body conditioning system will work your core and much more.

Equipment

Located on the third floor between the gymnasium and the elevator, the Kinesis wall is constructed of four panels with smooth-action cables, easy-grip handles, and 360-degree pivoting pulleys that allow movements to be easy, natural and unrestricted.
