Youth Sports

The Youth Sports Program is for all youth ages 5 - 18. We offer skill-building clinics, teams, and tournaments in basketball, volleyball, futsal, badminton, and ping pong!

Team Sports

Our team sports program features 10 - 12 weeks focused on developing individual skills, teamwork, camaraderie, and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.  Contact Jonathan Mar or 415.748.3557 for more information.

The program will include weekly one-hour practices structured to develop individual skills and team building.  The final six weeks include games and practices.

Indoor Soccer Team - Spring (Updated 2/6/12)
Learn the basic fundamentals of indoor soccer: trapping, passing, and shooting. Participate in this fast paced sport in the gym that will leave you breathless.

Dates and Times: Saturdays, 3/24/12 – 6/2/12 (4/28/12 No Practice)
Ages 5-7: 10:30am-11:30am
Ages 8-10: 11:30am-12:30pm and 12:30pm-1:30pm
Cost: $40/season

Physical Education Program (PEP)

PEP is our school-based fitness and nutrition program, designed to motivate and educate youth about living a healthy lifestyle in their community. In partnership with three elementary schools (Gordon J. Lau, Jean Parker, and John Yehall Chin), the Chinatown YMCA reaches out to more than 1,100 students each week. This program is only available to students at these schools
