Community Hours
Meet your community – they are waiting to hear your story!
Many of our members will say that our community is their favorite part of the Shih Yu-Lang YMCA. We invite you to come join us and meet the community, even if you are not part of our Y already. From 12-2 every Tuesday and Thursday, you can come into our Senior Center and chat with some of our regular members, staff, and volunteers. You are also welcome to help yourself to the coffee and refreshments we have available in the Senior Center, or to use our free WiFi. It is a great way to try on our Y for a bit to see if it is a good fit for you.
