Sometimes it can be difficult to push yourself to reach your highest fitness goals alone. The support, encouragement and expertise of a personal trainer can keep you striving for success every step of the way, while helping you up when you hit a roadblock or discover something you don’t know how to do. Our personal trainers are dedicated individuals with extensive experience in physical therapy and fitness training and will be glad to discuss your fitness goals to see whether personal training is right for you.
Our personal training packages are offered hourly or in packages of 5 and 10, so you can try it on a bit before committing. Stop by the main desk, speak to one of our fitness staff in our Fitness Center, or contact Jon Owens, Community Wellness Director, here, for more information.
