Our fantastic cycling instructors really know how to get those muscles working. One of our most popular classes, it’s loved by competitive racers as well as casual riders for its combination of both cardio and strength training. It’s the best way to work up an appetite every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday just before lunchtime, and we often have other times throughout the week!
