AOA- Active Older Adults
Healthy Hearts- A low impact class geared with resistance training and cardio.
Tai Chi- Slow meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation and balance and health.
Bodyworks- Resistance training classes providing both “endurance and strength” techniques for a full body workout. Classes provide functional, balance and Core training.
Cycling- Great nonimpact format combining cardio and strength/endurance training for both recreational riders and competitive racer.
Hatha Yoga- Emphasize physical and mental relaxation through a series of postures. Improve breathing, alignment, balance, strength and flexibility.
Iyengar Yoga- Deepens your practice moving through elements to unify mind & body.
Belly dance-Combine the rhythms of
Zumba- A Latin inspired cardio dance.
Core Conditioning- Designed to strengthen your core.
Arthritis Foundation- A program through a grant from the Arthritis Foundation which addresses the pain, fatigue and decreased strength that often accompany arthritis.
Total Body Workout- This class gets your cardio workout through spin and combined with resistance trainingon the BOSU stability ball to get everything you need to work out the entire body.
Member Experience
With knowledgeable staff and innovative programming, members receive current fitness information while playing a role as a member of a vital community organization.
