Fitness Center hours:
Monday-Thursday, 8am-8pm
Friday 8am-3pm. Fitness Center closes during yoga, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 1:15-2:15.
A Wellness Coach is available to help you with your fitness goals during most Fitness Center hours. *No Wellness Coach on duty Mon 3pm-4:30pm, Tues 8am-9am, 1pm-4:30pm, Wed 1pm-4:30pm, Thurs 1pm-4:30pm, Fri 8am-9am

B’Asia
Bollywood and Chinese Dance inspired aerobic dance. No experience necessary!
Core Conditioning with Robert
A fun and challenging class focusing on the abdominal muscles. A well-known and loved class in the San Francisco Y family!
Cycling
This is a great stationary bicycle class for both beginning students and experienced cyclists. Level is determined by each student individually – be motivated to push yourself and get in shape!
Healthy Hearts
This class combines group instruction and practice in stretching, light hand weights, aerobics, wall exercises and cool-down mat work for a full body work out.
Tai Chi
Fosters good health, increases energy, relaxation, enhances endurance, strength building, good breathing, and increased flexibility.
Strength and Conditioning
A full-body workout that combines strength and cardiovascular training. Incorporates BOSU, balance, core training, exercise balls, free weights, and more. This class is easily modifiable to different fitness levels.
Yoga
Our yoga classes are multi-level – beginners and experienced yogis are welcome.
