We offer periodic free monthly health screenings for a variety of testing criteria, blood pressure, glucose, and a variety of other tests.

Group Exercise:

We offer Senior Fitness classes several times a week. Cardio, stretching and strength are ephasized. Check the class schedule for times, day, and a full class description.
