SPORTS CONDITIONING

 

This program meets

on Tuesdays

from 6:30 am to 7:30 am.

Sports Conditioning is a very intense strength and conditioning

program that capitalizes on tried and true, rigorous and challenging

workout routines.  The sessions will take participants past their

previously accepted physical limits.

It's open to everyone, but it is recommended that you possess

an intermediate fitness level prior to attending.
