Policies and Procedures

Fees

Fees for each session are due in full, three weeks prior to the start date for each session. Prior to three weeks before a session, a non-transferable/non refundable deposit of $25 will be required. No money will be accepted at the Lafayette site. Fees are subject to change with the approval of the Board of Managers for the YMCAs with one month written notice. The day camp fee cannot be adjusted for absences or vacations, and will not be pro-rated. A $25 late charge will be applied to accounts that are not paid before the three week deadline. Participants may be dropped from the program if payment is not recieved by one week prior to the session start date.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

To withdraw your child from the program, you are required to submit a two-week advanced written notice to the Youth Director (School Age) or Teen Director (Movin' On). Your fees, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be returned to you or applied to future session.


Financial Assistance
Financial assistance, to the extent possible, is made available through the generosity of our members and donors. Be aware that incomplete applications will not be considered for financial assistance and that 4-6 weeks must be allowed for processing the application. Parents will be asked to pay the deposit in order to hold a space. Financial assistance must be renewed at the beginning of each summer. You must mail or drop-off the financial assistance application with all the required documents to:

Children's Council, Wu Yee, or Other Subsidies

All monthly timesheets must be completed by the last day of the month of service. If a timesheet is not completed by the last day of the program, the parent/guardian will be responsible for the full tuition. If payment/timesheets are not received, your child will be dropped from the program. Payments for fees or receipts must be attached to the timesheet by the last day of the month.
