This program is being run with Stanford Preventative Research Center. It is a small group program designed for adult cancer survivors who have recently become de-conditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease. Our goal is to help these patients build muscle mass and muscle strength, increase flexibility and endurance, and improve functional ability. For more information, call (650) 294.2612.

Yoga
Yoga, and the more advanced Yoga Challenge, use a combination of Hatha, Iyengar, Kripalu, and Ananada style yogas. Improve flexibility, balance, posture and strength while helping to reduce stress. See Group Fitness schedule for times.
