The Peninsula Family YMCA fitness center offers a fully-equipped free weight room, Cybex and Free Motion machines including 2 new AMTs, 18 treadmills all with cable TV, 6 Star Trac Upright Bikes, 4 with Broadcast Vision TV's, 6 Star Track Recumbent Bikes, 2 with Broadcast Vision TV's, 2 Stair Climbers, 2 Cybex ARC Trainers, 4 Star Trac Elite Cross-Trainers, 2 Nu-Step Recumbent Cross-Trainers, 1 True Stretching Cage, an Expanded Stretching Area and more! Members are required to wear proper shoes at all times in all areas. No opened-toe shoes allowed.
