The COACH APPROACH!

The Exercise Support Process (ESP)
The North Bay YMCA is pleased to offer a unique way of delivering wellness to our members. Through the Exercise Support Process and our staff of Wellness Coaches, the YMCA is truly able to build healthy spirit, mind, and body for each individual.

What is the Coach Approach?
The Coach Approach is a way to give every member of the YMCA the coach they need-an athletic coach for their health and fitness goals and a lifestyle coach for their behavior goals and plan of action.

Using the Exercise Support Process, its wellness programming, training and support systems, the Coach Approach is available to help all members make physical activity a regular part of their lives.

Whatever your personal needs and fitness goals, our WELLNESS COACHES will be able to help you meet them!


WELLNESS CENTER
Whether you are a beginner in the fitness world or have been exercising for years, the YMCA Wellness Department has exactly what you need. Free weights, state-of-the-art machines, and cardiovascular equipment accommodate any workout and are accompanied by a helpful floor staff.

The YMCA Wellness staff is available anytime to answer questions, give free orientations and evaluate your progress. Certified personal trainers are also available to help you reach a more specific goal.

Members at every fitness level benefit from training at the YMCA to develop and maintain a healthy way of life.

Hours of Operation
Monday- Friday- 5:00 a.m.- 8 p.m.
Saturday- 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Sunday- 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

*CIRCUIT TRAINING with Harro

Monday-Wednesday-Friday
9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

A challenging strength and endurance workout. All levels welcome.

*A Wellness Center orientation is highly recommended prior to attending this class. Please schedule an appointment with member services.
