PARENT-CHILD SWIM PROGRAM Infants & Toddlers
The Parent-Child Program focuses on water adjustment, water safety, and beginning swimming movement for infants and toddlers ages 6 mos.-36mos. and their parents.
Shrimp (6-10 mos.) Perch (18mos.-36mos.)
PRESCHOOL SWIM PROGRAM Children 3 to 5 yrs.
The PreSchool Program focuses on water adjustment, beginning swimming skills, and water safety for children ages 3 to 5 years-old.

YOUTH SWIM PROGRAM Youth 6 to 13 yrs. The Youth Swim Program develops the total person by focusing on personal safety, water sports & games, personal growth, rescue and stroke development.

AQUATIC PERSONAL TRAINING (This program is offered by appoinment only)
Experience strength gains, improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, and enhance flexibility for daily living.
ONE-ON-ONE

An adapted fitness program for individuals of varying ages and abilities, a YMCA instructor will assis in developing and achieving goals. A medical release is required prior to participation. A participant's eligibility is based on his or her physician's consent and recommendations. Sessions are 30 minutes.
