Seniors*
All programs and facilities at the North Bay YMCA are available to members of our senior community. Our caring and experienced staff will work with you to help you design an exercise program to suit your individual needs and goals.
Swimming in our heated pool, walking on our treadmills, riding our stationary bicycles, and strengthening muscles and bones on our user-friendly strength training equipment are just some of the activities that seniors participate in at the North Bay YMCA.

Volunteer opportunities for members of the senior community are also available in many different aspects of Y service.
