Character Development
The North Bay YMCA gives youth and adults experiences that help them develop positive values and morals to live by. The North Bay YMCA prepares youth and adults to live successfully in society by teaching values necessary for healthy human development in spirit and mind and body.
Nationally the YMCA has adopted four values as a basis for all operations and program development. Every YMCA program is founded upon the following four core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
The North Bay YMCA will continue to be a leader in community based health and fitness, child care, aquatics, sports, community development and international work.
