Pre-Ballet
This class combines ballet, creative movement and tumbling to develop body awareness and improve locomotor development. The core values of the YMCA: Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility will be taugt through dance in a fun and nurturing environment.

Kid's Night Out/Overnights
Boys & Girls, Grades K-5
This is a great opportunity for parents to have a fun night without the kids. Participants will swim play sports, eat pizza and have loads of fun.

Youth Strength Training
Required for ages 9-12 to access the Wellness Center
In our continuing effort to build programs for every age group and ability, we have designed a strength training program for youth ages 9-12. The program is based on the recommendations fo the YMCA of the USA's Medical Advisory Committee. A Wellness Coach will design a personal training plan based on participant's size, age, sport involvement, goals and previous injuires.

Youth Center
The Youth Center is a place specifically for youth ages 7 and up where they are supervised and role modeled the four core values of the YMCA: Caring Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. Activities incude: Scheduled special events, board games, arts and crafts projects, volunteer services, and multimedia activities (all of an appropriate positive nature).
Hours: Monday-Friday: 3:30 p.m - 7:30 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
