Announcing Two New

Beg/Int Taiji Classes

Tuesdays 7:30 - 9pm,

Thursdays 6 - 9pm

Taiji

Ancient Chinese martial art utilizes soft, circular movements combined with meditation and breathing.  Elements of Taoist Yoga develop flexibility, strength and body awareness.  Intermediate and advanced classes focus on form practice and weapons.

Beginning Taiji & Qigong

Tuesday and Thursday, 10 - 11:30am

Tuesday Evenings 7:30 - 9pm, Thursday Evenings 6 - 9pm

This class introduces students to the basic hand & footwork of Taiji. Students are taught to relax and connect with their internal energy. Thursday class introduces Taiji Ruler Qigong, which helps to stretch tendons & ligaments and connect mind and body.

Class structured for group instruction.

Intermediate and Advanced Taiji & Bagua

Monday and Wednesday, 10 - 11:30am

This class is for students who have mastered the basic hand and footwork techniques of Taiji. This class teaches different Taiji forms, including bare-hand & sword forms. Styles taught include Yang, Chen, Sun, Fu and Bagua (Eight Trigram Palm -Style).

Class is tailored for individual instruction.

 

All Levels Taji with WuShu

Saturday 9am – 12pm

 

WuShu with All Levels Taji

Sunday 10:30am – 1pm

Former national tournament forms and taiji champion.
